Small Children and Guests with Mobility Disabilities:

The listed historic house dates back to the 14th century and so exudes charm offering a unique and authentic experience.  It's quirky features may not be suitable for those with mobility disabilities.  Small children would need supervision.  For Example: Access to the first and second floor bedrooms are via standard staircases.  However there is a steep staircase leading to the third floor attic master bedroom which requires careful use of the handrails.  Caution not to bump head is required directly underneath this staircase and upon entering the cellar bedroom. Photos of the staircase and hobbit style cellar bedroom door can be seen in the Gallery page.  The grand balcony and elevated garden with historic low boundary flint wall draws in stunning valley views could perhaps pose safety risks with young children.

Unsuitable for Hen and Stag Parties and noisy groups:  Our holiday home is nestled in a conservation area, in a tranquil location and utmost consideration must be given to our neighbours (both retirees and young families) who value the quiet of the surroundings,  We kindly ask that guests respect our peaceful neighbourhood and our utmost desire for serenity.  This home is not at all suitable for noisy groups.
