Upper and Lower Dining Terraces
Enjoy an Al fresco breakfast on the beautiful ground floor patio, which leads via an outdoor spiral staircase to the drawing room dining balcony that pulls in the spectacular countryside views. The drawing room is accessed indoors from the newly extended entrance hall staircase.

A sunk in 'Coast spa luxury hot tub' is situated on a third sunbathing terrace at the back of the garden,

The view of the house and it’s grand balcony, the garden's cypress and olive trees with a vista of the Rathfinny vineyards situated high up to the west.
Adjacent to the Main House is a yoga pilates/gym facility which boasts underfloor heating, mirrored walls, ballet bar and a Sunlighten Infrared Sauna.
The annex leisure facility is available for use between 10am and 12 noon; Contact the management directly to book its private use.
